The new DJI Osmo Mobile 2 is lighter (weighs only 485g) and cheaper than its predecessor, and it’s finally in the Philippines!
It’s the most refined gimbal for smartphones the company released yet and was launched during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2018 with a cheaper price tag. It was launched with a promise to consumers new tools to capture smooth, steady videos and stunning photos.
It features portrait orientation, simpler controls than the predecessor, and with cinematic zoom. It also has a longer battery life. It can last up to 15 hours of filming. This is a huge step up from the 5 hours usage of the first generation DJI Osmo Mobile. Also, the USB port allows phone charging during usage, so users can use it as a power bank.
The new DJI Osmo Mobile 2 comes with a price tag of Php 7,990 and is locally distributed by MSI-ECS.
