Taking the sports car racing into a higher level, Aston Martin creates Aston Martin GT3 Vantage – a track-inspired version of the British luxury sports car.

It is indeed a special edition of the car racing-campaigned Vantage, which offers supreme drivability on the road and uncompromising dynamic performance on track. And there are only 100 units of this car produce.

GT3 Vantage is powere by Aston Martin’s 6.0-liter V12 engine capable of generating 592hp, better than the regular 565hp by V12 Vantage S. The Vantage GT3 is also say to weigh only 1,565kg, or some 100kg lighter than the V12 S.

The car that was designed and engineere by Aston Martin’s Gaydon headquarters in Warwickshire. England flaunts a broader track both front and rear. It comes equipped with motorsport-inspired features like magnesium inlet manifolds, lightweight magnesium torque tube, full-titanium exhaust system, new flared carbon-fiber front wings, carbon-fiber hood, lithium-ion race-derived battery, carbon-fiber door casings, Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, prominent rear wing, pronounced front splitter, race-derived carbon-fiber sports seats, and carbon-fiber center console.

“Motorsport is in our blood at Aston Martin,” said Aston Martin CEO Andy Palmer. “The Vantage is the car we campaign in top-level sports car racing around the world, and so it seems only fitting that we offer an exclusive, limited-edition Vantage that expertly fuses our motorsport know-how with our road car prowess. vantage GT3 is an uncompromising example of our design and engineering expertise, and I’m sure the 100 owners who will secure one of these cars will savor every second behind the wheel–whether on the road or on the track.”

The Vantage GT3 will be officially presente at the Geneva International Motor Show this March, and the first deliveries will commence in the third quarter of the year, according to Aston Martin.
