As Google just released their Google Pixel 2 XL smartphone, we just couldn’t help but compare it to the LG V30. Bearing the same flagship title for their brand, which offers the best features?
Table of Contents
Display
No problem in comparing the display since the Pixel 2 XL and LG V30 sports a 6-inch 2880 x 1440 POLED display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. However, the LG V30 has a 3.5mm headphone jack whilst the Pixel 2 XL has their wireless Pixel buds since they killed their jack.
Memory and Storage
Both the Pixel 2 XL and LG V30 is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. Both the devices also offer 4GB RAM coupled with 64/128GB ROM options. Yet, the Pixel 2 XL doesn’t have an expandable storage.
Camera, Other Features
Its dual camera against one. The V30 boasts a rear dual 16MP+13MP with f/1.6, f/1.9 aperture. The Pixel 2 XL, on the other hand, has a 12.2 MP rear shooter with f/1.8. As of now, the Pixel 2 is hailed the best camera smartphone. That is, according to DxOLabs.
Nonetheless, the V30 has a 3300 mAh battery while the Pixel 2 XL has a 3520mAh. The Pixel 2 XL has the upper hand in terms of UI since it already runs Android O and has 3years worth of security updates. LG V30 takes the cake in terms of audio experience since it features 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter).
