HTC recently launched a new One device in Taiwan, dubbed the HTC One M9s, which has all the looks of the M9, with a few renditions on hardware. Lets close in on the HTC One M9s and see for ourselves what are its major differences on the original M9.
The HTC One M9s is a 5-inch FHD display device that showcase a huge resemblance on HTC’s M9, however it has a few different feats that helps it be differentiated on the M9, such as its MediaTek Helio X10 chip that it is equipped with. The M9s has a relatively downgrade specs sheet, starting things off with its 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, with a huge 2TB expandability limit for microSD’s, though that kind of microSD is somewhat wishful thinking.
For shooters, the HTC One M9s might carry a few inspiration from past HTC models, with its 13MP rear shooter, that packs a f/2.0 aperture sensor and OIS feature, which is heavily influential in HTC’s Supreme Camera variant of the M9. As for the selfie shooters, the 4MP f/2.0 aperture shooter is very close to HTC’s UltraPixel feature that was present on the M8 and other HTC devices. The device has a relatively small 2840mAh battery and supports WiFi ac and Bluetooth 4.1.
