Women who do not only possess influence but most importantly a true heart for the advocacy, such as Emma Watson for her HeForShe Campaign continues to raise the awareness of the world and bring us to act together in erasing the evil of abuse against women. #TheDress For Anti-Abuse Ad Campaign

What took the internet by storm during the call for International Women’s Day. Is the ad campaign raise by Salvation Army.

Above shows a photo of a girl wearing #TheDress in white and gold (the dress went viral on SNS — read more here) while showered with bruises. This photo asked a question so easily prosed yet so hard to answer: ‘Why is it so hard to see black and blue?’

This is just part one of the two photos release, as the next one revealed the answer:

‘Because they cover it with white and gold.’

The organization did an outsatanding job in calling the attention of the people through this advertisement. As this has become the talk of the net.

May this not be the only day that women will be remembere of their rights to be respecte and treated with humanity. May these campaigns not only ignite our compassion. But really drive us to act and stand for all women who suffer abuse and inhumane treatment. Happy International Women’s Day!
