iPhone 8 marks iPhone’s 10th Anniversary
Once the iPhone 8 arrives, it will be the 10th Anniversary for Apple’s ever popular iPhone. While Samsung Galaxy S8 is currently making noise ahead of launch, the Cupertino-based company is slowly stepping up on the main stage.
According to ETNews, industry sources cited the design of the iPhone 8 to feature a “water drop” scheme from a 3D glass. This allows for better ergonomics that gently curves to the sides, much like Samsung’s edge display.
Speaking of display, while rumors suggest a curved and flat version of iPhone 8, ETNews reported a “relative flat” panel for the OLED version.
Still, Apple has yet to comment on this report.
So far, there is no substantial information to support the claims of these “industry sources”. But as Apple nears its 10th-Anniversary, we are expecting the overall design to feature a modern classic of the very first iPhone.
