LG is not doing well in the smartphone market ever since the release of the LG G5. The previous modular-flagship handset met negative feedback citing the pricey modular accessories and its inability to hot swap.

However, things will start to change for LG including its modular feature once the LG G6 is released.
Modular feature out
The video above is the 360 degree render of the upcoming LG G6. Comparing to the previous G5, it might ditch its modular features, which is a logical thing to do after its unsuccessful G5 and the recent release of Moto Mods.
Design-wise, it will maintain its rounded rectangular shape with the back sporting a dual camera setup and a fingerprint sensor below it. There will also be a USB Type-C port on the bottom while at the top is the 3.55mm headphone jack.
Apparently, there will be a glossy variant and a matte finish for the LG G6. LG’s upcoming flagship is scheduled to be launched at MWC 2017.
