In addition to the Redmi Note 3, Xiaomi also announced the new Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, a lighter and thinner Mi Pad, which is exactly what the Mi Pad should have been. Lets dig in a little deeper and see what can Mi pad 2 offer and if its worth the attention.
The Xiaomi Mi pad 2 sports a 7.9-inch 1536p QHD display, backed up by Intel Atom X5 processor. For Graphics, it holds a pretty decent NVIDIA Tegra K1 GPU, so it is expected to dish out some decent performances in gaming. 2GB of RAM and an option of either 16GB of internal storage or 64GB of internal storage runs the memory department and as for shooters, it has a tablet standard 8MP rear shooter and 5MP selfie shooter. Battery-wise, it carries a pretty a-okay 6700mAh battery, though battery-wise, we were kinda expecting a better built on battery, though, nevertheless the 6700mAh battery ain’t bad.
For pricing, as for the Redmi Note 3, the Mi pad 2 has a pretty respectable pricing range of RMB 999 or roughly around Php 7K for the 16GB variant, while the 64GB variant has a price range of RMB 1299 or roughly around Php 9K in converted PH price.
