Lenovo had just recently added two new smartphones to their massive Moto G family. Motorola Moto G5S and G5S Plus along with four others were said to be the power-packed specs packed in budget smartphones.

MOTO G5, G5S DISPLAY
First off is the screen difference between the Moto G5 and G5s. Surely people who enjoy slightly bigger screens would pick the Moto G5S. Compared to the G5S’ 5.2-inch full HD resolution, the G5 only sports a 5-inch Full HD display.
MOTO G5, G5S UNDER THE HOOD HARDWARE
Amid similarities in their sleek and seamless body design, both Moto G5 and G5S boasts specification differences. However, in terms of processor and hardware, both are powered by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset clocking in 1.4 GHz. Both G5 and G5S also have 3GB RAM coupled with 16GB storage since the G5 offers 2GB/3GB RAM variants. Yet the G5S has a bigger onboard storage of 32GB and is expandable up to 128GB via SD card.

Of course, camera features will not be forgotten. Selfie snappers would enjoy the Moto G5S more thanks to its 5MP front camera with LED flash paired with a 16MP rear camera with PDAF. On the other hand, the Moto G5 still competes with its 13MP rear camera with PDAF clubbed with a 5MP front camera.
Aside from that, the G5S is jet packed with a 3,000mAh (non-removable) battery. Meanwhile, the G5 is donned with a 2,800 mAh removable battery. Both also run on Android Nougat 7.1 and has a fingerprint sensor on the front. Both battery cells of the devices are also equipped with TurboCharge technology.
MOTO G5, G5S PHILIPPINE PRICING
The Motorola Moto G5 is available in the Philippines for the cost of PHP 10,500. Unfortunately, availability of the G5S in the Philippines isn’t yet known. Pricing in other countries is said to be for around 249 EUR for the top end model. Hence, estimated Philippine price for the 32GB model is around PHP 12,500+.
