  1. The assumed price is really enticing. I am hopeful the author has the tongue of an angel. 🙂 But looking at other countries like India and UK, the price variance is about 20% more than that of the US price. Let’s cross our fingers it even gets here on time for Christmas. I have a confession to make, I have been an apple fan, owning three iphones within the past 5 years. The experience was really more of which platform worked best at that time and lets be honest, the advent of the first iphone changed the course of history. The interface was wicked, appstore which was originally from Nokia had more functional applications than that of the competing windows and android market. But things have changed drastically, looking at how android-based smartphones rose to the ranks slashing apple 6 steps ahead based on current testing results in terms of camera, battery and other functionalities. The main difference of the competition is the hype and the brilliant marketing strategies of Apple. But strip off the marketing genious of Apple, you can actually find more android smartphones in the market that would be 5 times better without costing you an arm and a leg. Like the Huawei made Google Nexus 6P for an instance. I like to think of Google as the new era Robin Hood here, if you know what I mean. No offense Samsung, LG and Sony for overpricing your handsets. 🙂

    • It is good to know that you’re excited for the Nexus 6P too, as we are, of course. The metal body looks so sexaay!
Anyways, have you seen the latest Lumia 950 series too? The 950 XL looks promising esp the camera.

      • Hi Jade, thanks for getting back on me. I checked on Nokia Lumia 950 in papers and it looks promising too. I hope this is also a game changer for Nokia who has once dominated the smartphone world for years, I was once a fan, in fact I owned some of the N-series before switching to apple. Thanks for the recommendation, I will check out both handsets when they hit the stores. I just read from a blog yesterday that the price of Nexus 6P is about 22, 000 PHP. Still remains to be seen if it does come out as it is. 🙂 Cheers.

      • Hi david, Nokia doesnt make any Lumias anymore. Lumia is now owned and manufacture by Microsoft. Nokia will get to smartphone business next year by announcing an Android smarthpone.

Nexus 6P will likely launch at around P29k here in PH. But I am pretty sure price will go down few months after.

      • Hi Jade, you are absolutely right about the lumia and microsoft. I can’t think of a reason why i cannot seem to detach lumia from nokia after prior kmowledge of microsoft’s buy-out.

Thr Nexus 6P is a think to be excited about. Cant wait for it to come to the Philippines. 🙂 I want the gold one. Thanks for the update Jade. 🙂

  2. When do they arrive here in Manila? Like I’m so stoked buying this for Christmas. And just judging by the looks it’s really a good design and a new taste for this smarthphone. I’m impressed what google and huawei are working on.
