3. HINDI NA REQUIRED ANG NBI O POLICE CLEARANCE KUNG KUKUHA NANG LTO DRIVER’S LICENSE KUNG IKAW AY MAGPAPA-RENEW O MAGPAPAGAWA ULIT LISENSYA.
4. PUMUNTA SA PINAKAMALAPIT NA MAIN LTO OFFICE KUNG MAGPAPAGAWA NANG BAGO KUNG ANG LISENSYA AY NAWALA PERO KUNG MAGPAPA-RENEW PWEDE NA SA MGA LTO BRANCHES OFFICE NA MADALAS MATATAGPUAN SA MGA MALLS (AKO MADALAS SA MAIN LTO SAN JUAN OFFICE KUNG MAGPAPA-RENEW NG DRIVER’S LICENSE KO).

“Drug Testing LTO Accredited – Php 100-200.
Copy of Lost Drivers Licensed – Php 472.63 Only (No Other Charges).
License Fee (Pro & Non-Pro Renewal) – Php 585.
Penalty Fee for one (1) day to one (1) year expired – Php 75.
Penalty Fee for more than one (1) year to two (2) years expired – Php 150.
Penalty Fee for more than two (2) years expired (re-exam) – Php 225.
Computer Fee – Php 67.63.
Application Fee (for more than two years expired) – Php 100.
Additional Computer Fee (for more than two years expired) – Php 67.63.
