With all the Android 6.0 Marshmallow craze that has been rolling into some 2015 handsets, it seems that Sony’s highly acclaimed 2015 flagship, the Sony Xperia Z5 is finally making it, and a little bit late to say the least.

Sony officially begins the Android 6.0 Marshmallow rollout, with international variants being part of the ordeal. The new update will only feature the fresh Android 6.0 Marshmallow ( latest update is at 6.0.1 Marshmallow) though it’ll include February’s security update for the Marshmallow
One thing to take note of though is that STAMINA mode has not yet been included in this update, with plans of bringing back the firmware on future updates. The adaptable storage is also not part of the update, which can be rather disappointing since the special feature could have made things better in the storage department.
it’s good to know that Sony is also updating the Sony Xperia Z3 plus and Z4 tablet on this particularly day though it is yet to be determined whether the update is for global release.
