Xiaomi is expected to launch a smartphone with Qualcomm’s newest chipset which is the Snapdragon 845. Xiaomi also confirmed their attendance as exhibitors at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018, so everyone expected that Xiaomi will be launching its new flagship at the event. But according to some rumors, it might not happen.

Now, a popular Youtube channel Science and Knowledge have released a concept design render video of the Mi 7 showcasing the design based on rumors as well as the rumored specs of the smartphone. The device is also tipped to come with an in-display fingerprint sensor, same as the VIVO X20 Plus UD edition.

As we have mentioned before, the Xiaomi Mi 7 will likely carry support for Qi wireless charging standard. Xiaomi also revealed that it will be tapping Integrated Device Technology for the wireless charging module. Aside from the module from IDT, the company will also be using its RF products. This means the Mi 7 would be completely compatible with wireless bands of the U.S.

The Mi 7 is rumored to feature a 5.65-inch 18:9 display while the Mi 7 Plus is reported to have a 6.01-inch 18:9 screen. These phones are also rumored to pack 3,200mAh and 3,500mAh batteries respectively. The Xiaomi Mi 7 is rumored to have a price tag of 2,699 Yuan, or roughly $400 USD. Recent rumors also suggest that Xiaomi may launch Mi 7 and Mi 7 Plus respectively.
