Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 render reveals dual rear cameras

Xiaomi is expected to launch the Redmi Note 5 on February 14 in India. Two days before the big mysterious reveal, an alleged render of the Redmi Note 5 has appeared.

There’s also a vertically-placed dual camera setup above a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The upcoming Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 base model is rumored to have 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage is rumored to be powered by Snapdragon 630, while the higher variant will be powered by Snapdragon 636 chipset is expected to feature 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.

According to some leaks, it could feature a 5.99-inch display and likely to support FHD+. For the cameras, a 16-megapixel primary sensor coupled with a 5-megapixel sensor. It will also have an 8-megapixel selfie snapper. It also packs a massive 4,100 mAh battery.

The base model of the upcoming smartphone is rumored to have a price tag of 1,499 Yuan, which currently translates to $237, on the other hand, the higher variant with 1,799 Yuan price tag, which is roughly around $284.
