One of the older brands that reached the list is Cherry Mobile‘s top-notch Flare S4 Plus. It has 3GB of RAM and runs on a MediaTek MT6753 chip. It has a pretty decent 2800mAh battery and sports a very satisfactorily 16MP/8MP camera pairing. MyPhone My28

You should know about the My28 and all of its glory. Considered to be one of the most affordable smartphones to date, the My28 has been offered up by Smart Communications, as part of their Smart 888 promo. Smart sold these off for Php 888 and the majority garnered on it, quite a bit too much, I think. Currently, Smart is sold out of the offering, though the My28 can still be purchased via other mediums, with a bit heftier price tag.
