For the dimension measurements of both devices, Nova 3i has 157.6 x 75.2 x 7.6 mm weighing 169 grams which is heavier than P20 Lite’s 145 grams with measurements of 148.6 x 71.2 x 7.4 mm.
Being the latest to release, Huawei Nova 3i is equipped with the Kirin 710 paired with Mali-G51 w/ GPU Turbo Tech, which is an honestly better version of Kirin 659 with Mali-T830 MP2 GPU of P20 Lite. Both devices run on Android 8.1 Oreo that carries the same 4GB RAM with Nova 3i packed with 128GB storage and P20 Lite 32GB/64GB storage variants.
As for the optics, both handsets houses a 16MP + 2MP dual rear camera, however, Huawei Nova 3i went dual on the front with 24MP + 2MP while P20 Lite comes with 16MP selfie snapper.
