Exclusively first from XDA Developers, a leaked model of Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G (unofficially) confirms that the Galaxy S11 moniker is foregone. Furthermore, photos of the upcoming Samsung flagship handset in the flesh was revealed too. Until today, we’ve only seen CAD renders. With a real-world photo now available for viewing, we can now confirm previously shared information.

The biggest change on the Galaxy S20+ is the camera module. It’s now a huge rectangular square setup housing four lenses(instead of five), an LED flash, and a microphone. From the side of the device, the Bixby button is missing or rather removed. According to the main source of the leak, the screen is less curved than previous generations. It feels more flat, perhaps, due to the use of 2.5D glass. Other than that, it has the Inifinity-O notch.

Based on rumors, the Galaxy S20+ isn’t the top model of the series. Instead, it’s going to be the Galaxy S20 Ultra. If that’s the case, Samsung is in for a confusing naming scheme. Regardless, everything will be confirmed on February 11 during the announcement along with the Galaxy Fold 2.
