The temporary restraining order was issued to go against Mandaluyong Regional Trial Court’s decision, and to let the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board arrest Angkas riders. In lieu of this, the Mandaluyong Trial Court’s order granted the plea of DBDOYC Inc, the operator of Angkas, for a writ of preliminary injunction.
