The Sony Xperia XZ3 features a 6.0-inch OLED display with a screen resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. On the other hand, the LG G7 ThinQ has a 6.1-inch QHD Full Vision display and a screen resolution of 1440 x 3120 and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Both devices are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

Under the hood, the two share a lot of similarities. Both are powered by the latest Snapdragon 845 along with an Adreno 630 GPU. Their difference lies in storage variants. The Sony Xperia XZ3 carries 4GB of RAM + 64GB internal storage while LG G7 ThinQ has 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage.

Going to the camera department, the Sony Xperia XZ3 sports a 19MP camera with f/2.0 aperture paired with a 13MP front-facing camera with f/1.9 aperture. On the other hand, the LG G7 ThinQ has a dual 16MP with f/1.6 aperture + 16MP with f/1.9 aperture paired with an 8MP front-facing camera with f/1.9 aperture.

The Sony Xperia XZ3 is packed with 3,300 mAh battery capacity that runs on the latest Android 9.0 Pie whereas LG G7 ThinQ is fueled with 3000 mAh battery that runs on Android 8.0 Oreo but will be upgraded to Android 9.0 Pie.
