The Tablet’s are losing their touch

Tablets have played a huge role in technology’s growth over the years, in fact, they themselves are one of the innovations of new technology. They made life much simpler for everyday hard-working average joe’s and average Juan’s everywhere, a feat that can’t simply be forgotten. They served as entertainment tools, to help us get by a hectic day with ease, they also become our partners in the transaction, making the everyday transaction a breeze, they also become our helpers in arms, working alongside us on our professional life or academic affairs. Tablet’s have played this huge role in our society and generation.

However with the continuous growth of technology and new age digital manifestations take the role of digital leaders. Tablet’s, with their limited capabilities, have become less and less used and has lost an insurmountable amount of popularity amongst the masses. Thanks to Smartphones and how they are continually being improved, tablet’s, who were relatively less compact than smartphones is slowly losing its grip in its market. However, companies such as Samsung and a few relatively small communication device companies still provide the world with the most efficient tablets there is, not wanting to finally let go on the industry that started the growth of smart devices.

Tablet’s were known to be the instigators of the next generation smart devices, they started it all. However, with the continuous popularity of smartphones and notebooks, as well as them becoming more and more utility-wise and impactful. The tablet industry has been losing out heavily. Our once reliable companions have been replaced by a more capable lineup, which serve to be more capable and more reliable than our old reliable companion.

The smartphone industry has taken the majority of the youth market while Notebook’s took the majority of the business savvy and academic market away from the tablet industry. The tablet industry wasn’t holding anything in hand anymore. The once proud instigator of the smart device industry is now slowly deteriorating from existence. With the rise of these new handsets and notepads, notebooks, Chromebooks and ultrabooks, many believed that the tech industry on the verge of booming, however, for the tablet industry, it’s a different story.

The saving grace – Can tablets continue their existence?

Tablets have reached it peak. The market might as well forgot all about the existence of tablets, however, a saving grace might only just be on the horizon. A possible market that can inherit back the tablet industry, a place where the tablet industry could shine again. It was no doubt that tablet’s are very simple this day, however, young kids, senior citizens, as well as the senile, are somewhat a few people that can benefit to this simplicity. The market that suited the tablet’s simple offerings, which would greatly affect these people in a positive way. A way to entertain and learn at the same time, a way to simply get on the whim and communicate with long-lost relatives, a way of providing assistance for the incapable. The tablet industry has a good place and despite its original market losing its grip on the industry, the tablet industry surely isn’t dying or is being threatened by extinction.

There are still people that will gladly use tablets for their kids, for their grandparents and for those who needed assistance. Tablets are a great help to those people. To kids, they can serve as a source of learning experience, a way to learn and play at the same time, to the elders, it is a way to help them keep up with current times, easier at the same time communicate with long lost relatives and friends through social media and to the incapable, a way to provide them assistance through various apps that’ll make their life easier.

Tablet’s might have lost its touch to some people, but it still has a strong purpose to a few. A few Juans and Joes still use tablets, because they’re easier to use and the mentioned people that needed tablets most would surely create better opportunities for tablets in the future. It seems that the tablet industry isn’t necessarily on the verge of extinction, which is a good thing since the tech industry shouldn’t just forget the product that started it all.
