Although Xiaomi has recently unveiled its new Mi CC9 series in a typical Xiaomi manner, the company is now gearing up for its flagship Mi Mix 4 and a potential Mi A3 release.

Mi Mix 4 to Feature a 64mp Camera
While the Mi Mix 4 is expected to be released this October, we have an early leak suggesting that it would sport a 64MP sensor — according to a tweet. GSMArena reported that Xiaomi’s Product Director, Wang Teng, in a now-deleted comment, said on Weibo that it’s going to be better than Samsung’s 64MP ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor.
This might be pointing out to a new Sony flagship sensor, given that the company has first released the 48MP on the market. But for now, take this with a grain of salt.
Mi A3 with 48MP Camera Now Certified
FCC has recently certified an Android One phone with a massive camera. The sensor is said to be confirmed by the released images, revealing the label “48MP AI Camera”. It also seems like the model number matches the one with the Mi CC9 series. In other words, we might see another set of Mi CC9 but with Android One software.
