Samsung Mobile announced that it has set a sales target for 2018 and it’s 320 million smartphones. A new report that the South Korean smartphone company will play it safe this year and maintaining the sales goals for 2018 at a similar level as last year.

According to the report, Samsung already informed its suppliers about the sales plan. The company is aiming to sell 320 million smartphones, 40 million feature phones, 20 million tablets and wearables come last with 5 million units for 2018.
Some are speculating that the reason for low sales goals is because the market is currently saturated. Though Samsung’s goals are still much higher than their competitors. Apple and Huawei set their goals about 200 million and 150 million smartphone sales this year.
