Just recently released on Taipei, the refreshed and new Acer products hit Taipei shelves and into the market, as Acer’s newly refreshed R14 device. The Announcement is followed up by an introduction to a new all-in-one Acer device, dubbed as the Acer Z3-700. Lets check out both devices and find out their specs, features, qualities and price to learn whether these new devices fit you most.
The Acer R14 is an already established Acer device, however, this device is getting one heck of a power up. The device is said to follow the leading trend of Windows 10 updated devices and would feature all of the Windows 10’s special offers, namely, the formidable Windows Continuum feature. The latter is also said to pack a few new traits in its system as well, with the R14 being equipped with Intel’s 6th generation iCore CPU’s, which will help the device to keep up with the upcoming devices in the market. The R14’s main body measurements are kept, with its 18mm thickness capacity and a 1.9KG weight, for good measures. The R14 has the feature of Windows multi-touch support for Windows 10, and features the same convertible capability as it did in its previous self. The Acer R14 is expected to land on late October, for a pricing of $699, while outside US pricing is equivalent to 799 euros or Php 41K.
Next up is the new All-in-one device for Acer, The Acer Z3-700. The said device primarily looks like a huge tablet, with its 17.5-inch 1080p whopper screen. The portability feature felt a bit left out, because of its ginormous size, though it looks really good on the device. The latter is said to pack either Intel’s Pentium or Celeron CPU’s, with 8GB of RAM support and an option of either SSD or HDD storage capacity. The Z3-700 also features a dedicated stylus support, which will come in handy, with the Windows Continuum feature of the device. The Z3-700 will be launched on the end of year, probably December. Both the R14 and the Z3-700 will also feature a Dolby audio capability.
