A wider and sharper display
The Zenfone Selfie holds a wider and sharper screen in comparison to the Flare Selfie, as seen on our review comparison. Despite the latter being brighter, the Zenfone Selfie holds strong in the quality department making it favourable at all means in the display department.
More contrast and saturated still images
On the camera category, we’ve highlighted how almost both devices are at par with each other, in terms of still image quality. However, a pretty obvious difference is the Zenfone Selfie’s contrast heavy and more saturated still images. Overall colour reproduction was surely stunning at a point of even looking as natural as it seems, which gives the Zenfone Selfie a tiny bit of an edge against the Flare Selfie.
Wider focal view in the front camera department
For selfie shooting, one particular advantage that the Zenfone Selfie had against its opponent is its wider focal view, making it easier to shot in a wide dynamic range. Zenfone Selfie’s dual tone LED flash was also seen to be brighter than the single LED flash of the Flare Selfie.
Removable battery
The removable back cover option of the Zenfone Selfie is one of the many things that shockingly the Flare Selfie couldn’t be affiliated with. Just with this option, it gives the user the utility in the battery department, which some may find huge deal makers in purchasing a smartphone.
Better audio quality and power
From the concluded review comparison, we were able to determine in the speaker department that the rear-facing single mono speaker of the Zenfone Selfie played well in the audio quality department and volume department, giving it an undisputed edge in the speaker category, which eventually led to its victory over the said department.
