MyPhone my35 VS Cherry Mobile Flare S4 Plus and One G1 Specs Comparison

The recently launched MySeries Lineup is set to conquer 2016 in a breeze, but the earlier front liners, one in which the My35 has a lot of competition in its way. These competition might not only be the more known international brand, but also a few close to home devices.

With that, we figured to par up the my35, with two of Cherry Mobile’s proud devices, the Flare S4 Plus and the One G1. How can the my35 fair itself, from CM’s beastly devices? Lets dig in a little deeper on their specs, features and overall capabilities to find out more.

Highlights of the my35 to its opponents

• In between the 2 cherry devices, price-wise
• Has a similar display size of 5-inch, to the One G1, with the Flare S4 Plus topping things up with its 5.5-inch display
• Has the same display resolution rate of 720p (HD display) on the OneG1
• Has the exact MediaTek chip on the Flare S4 Plus, the MT 6753
• In between, in terms of GPU clocking speed, with its 1.3GHz clocking speed
• Has the same megapixel count for camera sensor on One G1
• Is equipped with a Samsung sensor, while the others has unclassified third party sensors.
• Has the same 3GB of RAM capacity with the Flare S4 Plus
• Has the same 16GB internal storage capacity with the Flare S4 Plus
• Has a 5MP selfie shooter, which is similar to what the One G1 carries
• Has an older .1 below version of the Lollipop update (5.0 bugs could be a matter of concern, since it hasn’t been updated yet)
• Has the largest battery capacity, with its 3140mAh battery
• Has the blessing of being new in the market
• Has lesser crowd or market recall, in comparison to the One G1 and Flare S4 Plus

The my35 could actually carry its own against, Cherry Mobile’s beastly devices. On paper, the my35 wouldn’t have much of a problem to keep up, with the proven and tested Cherry devices, which is good for MyPhone overall. The my35 was in between the One G1 and Flare S4 Plus in terms of pricing, but specs-wise it has a few advantages on the devices, most noticeable on battery capacity. the 3140mAh battery on the my35, should prolong use, in comparison to what the Cherry devices could offer, and the MediaTek chip equipped in both Flare S4 Plus and my35 should do its job.

Shooter-wise the my35’s Samsung sensor could be the huge factor that could propel the my35 over the Cherry devices, with Samsung, heavily known for its sensors (but not as well known in the smartphone sensor business as Sony). Having a well trusted shooter on its back could prove to be the difference in buying or not buying the device. The my35 has the blessing of being new in the market and some people that are currently looking for a new phone could want to try it out, for curiosity sake. The one thing that could affect the my35 is the already established market of the One G1 and Flare S4 Plus, in which theres now way it can gain anymore patrons and would need to reach out to non-OneG1 or non-FlareS4Plus patrons. The Flare S4 Plus is currently available for Php 7,999, while the One G1 is at Php 5,999 and as for the my35, its priced at Php 6,888. The devices are available on their respective stores and outlets namely, Cherry Mobile stores and MyPhone stores nationwide.
