Which is a better buy between the Honor 8x and Oppo A7?
While both looks almost exactly the same, the Honor 8x is more striking in person due to its gradient hue variant. The same can be said up front due to its smaller bezels. It’s a game of notch for the two with the Oppo A7 having a teardrop type. However, details and colors will be better on the 1080p display of Honor.
Similar to the comparison of Oppo A7 and Huawei Y9 2019, Kirin 710 takes this one. As for Oppo’s “Hyperboost” technology, we still have to test it out whether its effectiveness is in play.

The Honor 8x is available for Php12,990 while the Oppo A7 is estimated to arrive around Php13,990. To conclude, it’s a tough match for Oppo A7. Maybe at a slashed price, it could be competitive.
