According to the article, the OPPO Find X features a 6.4″ curved OLED display. Its front part contains almost non-existent bezels which was made possible with the existence of an automatic slide-out mechanism that houses not only the front camera and 3D face scanning sensors at the front but the dual rear cameras and LED flash at the back as well. The article mentioned that this mechanism is quick to activate.
Under the hood, the OPPO Find X is powered by the Snapdragon 845 as well as 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It is fueled by a 3730mAh battery supported by OPPO’s VOOC fast charging and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with OPPO’s Color OS customizations.
As for its camera setup, the device sports a dual 16MP + 20MP rear camera and a 25MP front snapper. Launching the camera application will automatically slide the mechanism up and exiting would cause it to retract. Additionally, the smartphone has a Type-C port but lacks a 3.5mm audio jack. It also has no fingerprint scanner so the user would have to depend on passwords and the face unlock feature for its security.
The OPPO Find X price hasn’t officially been revealed yet but rumors state that it might be priced at around $600 (approx. PHP 32,003) to $800 (approx. PHP 42,671). Unfortunately, no information could be found when the device will be available to other countries.
