Recently, Xiaomi and Vivo have launched smartphones that feature a full-screen display. These smartphones were the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S and the Vivo NEX. It seems that OPPO has decided to do something about this as it just posted an official teaser today hinting that the OPPO Find X might sport the same full-screen display.

As shown in the teaser photo, it mentions that the OPPO Find X will deliver a comprehensive full screen experience. On the other hand, some rumors are also spreading stating that the device might feature a notched display with curved edges.

In order to successfully bring out a full-screen design, OPPO might make use of their breathing light indicator for notifications which was used in OPPO Find 7 back in 2014. Based on a TENAA listing, the OPPO Find X will feature a 6.4″ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340×1080. The device measures  156.7×74.3×9.4mm and weighs 186g. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 845 while containing 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. In addition, the smartphone will be fueled by a 3,645mAh battery and run on Android 8.1 Oreo.

Additional features that the device might include are 3D facial recognition, dual cameras with 5x loseless zoom,  Super VOOC fast charging, in-display fingerprint scanner and support for 5G connectivity.

The OPPO Find X will officially launch on June 19 in The Louvre, Paris, France, at around 8:45 PM (GMT+2).
