A few days ago, OPPO R17 appeared on OPPO’s official website revealing its key specs and feature. Now, a hands-on video surfacing which shows the phone unlocked with an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Aside from that, it shows the phone unlocked for a matter of second which is enough to see the phone’s display with the redesigned notch.
As for the recap, OPPO R17 will feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution with a small notch and bezel-less display. It also has a 4 sq.mm in-display fingerprint sensor with 3P Micro Lens.
Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 with Adreno 615 GPU and a Spectra 250 ISP. It is packed with 3, 500 mAh battery capacity which is also likely to be supported with VOOC flash charging technology. It runs Android 8.1 Oreo.
Going to the camera department, it says to have a 25MP selfie snapper with f/2.0 aperture. As of now, the rear camera is not yet revealed but they say that 800 scenes can be recognized since it will have AI camera abilities and software as well.
Available in two colors – Stream Blue and Neon Purple, it will be launched on August 18 this year
