The Samsung Galaxy S7 lineup has been part of the “hype train” for a while now and it’s a no brainer as to why. Every day, new features under the Galaxy S7 name gets leaked on the internet and it somehow always surprises us to say the least, this feature, in particular, is the cherry on top of those rumours.

New information from Evan Blass of @evleaks says that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge will be waterproof. It is said to adhere an IP67 certification rating, which is actually something that many S-series fans would bring back, since the last time they saw a waterproof S-series handset was on the 2015 Galaxy S5.
Other known specs of the Galaxy S7 is its 5.1-inch QHD display, with the edge variant sporting a larger 5.5-inch QHD display. The handsets are said to offer up microSD card support. One among the 2 S7 handsets is said to carry Samsung’s Exynos 8890 chipset, which is currently their top dog chip. A 12MP rear shooter is present on the handset, though it has been toned down from its original 16MP rear shooter present on the S6, they are however BRITECELL sensors.
