Last week, an image of a bezel-less smartphone was leaked which was reported to be the Sony Xperia XZ2. Now, a new set of images have been leaked and it’s called the Xperia A Edge. It features a 6-inch curved OLED display with Ultra HD resolution. Also, sources say that it will be powered by Snapdragon 845 processor and come with 8.0 Oreo.

Moreover, the new smartphone includes a 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM, which is also upgradable to another 256GB via microSD card. Interestingly, it was also reported to have four cameras. Two 14MP cameras will be placed at the back of the phone and two 8MP front cameras.
The display is totally bezel-less except at the top where it houses the selfie camera, sensors, and earpiece. According to the sources, it will come with a 4000 mAh battery and also be water resistant because it’s IP68 certified.
Sony Xperia A Edge will be available in 4 colors: Black, Gray, Blue, and Red and is expected to be launched mid-April.

What about that top bezel where they put the front camera and other sensors? Is it not a bezel? And I don’t think phones can really go bezel less (as of now, maybe in the distant future but not now, not even after 5 years), and lets be honest, its not that comfortable to hold a phone without bezels. Even phones with minimal bezels is a pain in the ass to hold especially when you’re playing games. And I totally agree with you, this rendition is totally fake. I don’t what’s the hype all about, but I’d rather buy a phone with plenty of bezels but can last a day of heavy use than a “bezel less” phones that only lasts 4 hours of heavy use.
