The upcoming Sony Xperia Z5 has been ranked by DxOMark as the world’s best camera phone today. Fresh from the lab, Sony Xperia Z5 garnered 87 total points in still photo and video categories, beating the newly announced Huawei Nexus 6P which is ranked at 3rd and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge which comes in 2nd.
Coming close behind the trio is the LG G4 which has 86 points in still photo but let down by its video capability. Both Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Motorola X Style are positioned alongside with LG G4 having 83 points in total.
The best camera feature of Sony Xperia Z5 is the autofocus accuracy and speed which is also we saw from the mid-range Xperia M5.
