Vivo launched the Vivo V9 recently in the Philippines. It actually resembles the Vivo X21, but with more toned-down specs. Now, a midrange model of the Vivo V9 has been spotted online together with its specs, which is dubbed as the Vivo V9 Youth.
Instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 626, the Vivo V9 Youth will be powered by a Snapdragon 450 chipset. It will have 4GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage, and a dedicated sim tray slot for memory expansion for up to 256GB.
In the camera department, it has a dual camera setup of 16MP + 2MP cameras and a 16MP selfie snapper. It will also have a feature for taking shots with bokeh effect, AI HDR, face beauty mode, AR stickers, and 4K video recording.
The Vivo V9 Youth will be fueled by a 3260mAh battery pack and will run on FunTouch OS 4.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. It will also have a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
There’s still no pricing as of the moment, but we’ll definitely let you know when we get the information. Stay tuned!
