Xiaomi has recently launched a new (or rather much improved) product, although it’s not a new smartphone, car owners might want to get its newest DDPAI miniONE Dashcam — now with night vision capability. If you’re planning to get one, here’s what the rest of the features looks like.

The design features a compact unibody that allows the camera to (manually) rotate 360-degree. Speaking of the camera, the newest DDPAI miniONE Dashcam comes with a Sony IMX307 f/1.8 with up to 2.9um pixel size. Its low-light capability is further improved with the 6-layer all-glass lens. The company even touts “wolf-eye level” night vision effect.

Diving more into its features, the night vision dashcam has a built-in eMMC storage of either 16GB or 32GB. It supports the latest H.265 codec that greatly improves file compression than H.264. It’s worth noting that it doesn’t support external storage, but the company says it should provide 5 times faster than TF card and 10 times longer lifetime.

Last but not least, there’s a voice system that lets you command the dashcam to take photos, mute the device, among others. A gravity sensor is also included for when sudden brakes or collisions are detected for protecting the video.

The DDPAI miniONE Dashcam night vision is available in 16GB for CNY 299(~P2.2k) and 32GB for CNY 369(~P2.8k). It’s currently on sale on Xiaomi Youpin and (hopefully) will arrive in the Philippines in the next few months. The package includes a car charger, 3M sticking pad, pry tool, and a 3.5MM-to-USB charging cable.
