Xiaomi Mi 6 specs
For some time now, Xiaomi’s flagship phone has been visiting the rumor mill. Slowly, but surely. Today, though, we are in for a treat. The Xiaomi Mi 6 specs sheet just got leaked online and with a (possible) Plus variant from the affordable flagship lineup.
Despite the Snapdragon 835 shortage, looks like this won’t stop the Chinese company from producing the Xiaomi Mi 6 with the latest Qualcomm flagship platform.
Apparently, it’s an all Snapdragon 835 platform across the lineup, this, of course, has an option to go with 4/6GB RAM and 32/64/128GB onboard storage.
While the Plus version comes with 6GB RAM paired with either 64GB or 128GB onboard storage options.
Both are listed with 1080p display resolution for the 5.15-inch Mi 6 and 5.7-inch Plus version.
Some might be disappointed with Xiaomi opting for an FHD resolution on the Plus version but this would actually make up with its 4500mAh battery. While a 3200mAh powers the regular version.
Dual-camera Setup
The dual camera setup will continue on the Plus version which was first implemented on the Mi 5s Plus. The main camera carries a dual 12MP Sony IMX362 sensors with 8MP selfie sensor.

On the other hand, the regular version sports a 19MP Sony IMX400 main camera with the same selfie sensor on the Plus.
Finally, the regular Mi 6 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow while the Mi 6 Plus takes advantage of Android 7.0 Nougat with MIUI 8 flavor on top.
Xiaomi Mi 6 is expected to debut on April 11 or 16, however, the Plus variant might come on a later date, should be proven to be real.
