A month ago, Xiaomi released their Mi 8 lineup which includes the Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition. Being the most advanced of the lineup, it was released with one memory configuration – 8GB RAM paired 128GB storage that can’t be expandable.

Now, the Chinese manufacturer is prepping for the release of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition with new variants. As what the TENAA listing suggests, it will come with 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB storage variants.
As for the specs, Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition features 6.21-inch Super AMOLED Display, 83.8% screen-to-body ratio, and a screen resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 with Adreno 630 that runs Android 8.1 Oreo and packed with 3000 mAh battery.
Going to the camera department, it sports a dual 12MP + 12MP rear camera paired with 20MP front-facing camera.
As of now, pricing of the upcoming models is yet to be announced.
