We’ve gotten very close and personal with two of Sony’s Xperia Z5 trio lately and we can’t hide the fact that we had our best time with them. Don’t get me wrong, we’re not saying goodbye yet to the Xperia Z5, since we’ll still be awaiting for the Z5 Premium, however, what we discovered is that the Xperia Z5 trio has had a few groundbreaking breakthroughs upon its arrival, which sets it, above some devices in the market right now. In regards to that, we’re here to provide you a list of five breakthroughs initiated by the Xperia Z5 trio.

Figuratively launched a new generation of camera shooters

I know we’ve said this many times, but oh god, we can’t get it out of our heads. The Xperia Z5 trio has been hailed as the world’s current leading camera shooters for daylight and probably even low light shooting. As seen in a couple of our comparison and the Xperia Z5 review, we’ve had a few run ins, with great outputs, since we gotten our hands on the devices. It simply showcases a perfect balance of colour blending and detail preservation capability on outputs, that its simply phenomenal to see the evolution of camera shooting, at its finest. This is undoubtedly one of the most biggest breakthroughs that sony put up with the Xperia Z5 trio. The 4K UHD of the Xperia Z5 Premium is the world’s first. heard it. the world’s first 4K UHD display on a smartphone. To some, this might not even be an important thing to know and to a few, they might not notice the change, but for those, who actually took their time to work on the 4K UHD display capability and the people, who have took the time to compare and check for differences, which is quite admirable to say the least, this is a big breakthrough. A breakthrough that can set certain standards in future smartphone brands, to follow and to surpass.

The 2 day battery life

Well, technically this is more of a Sony breakthrough, rather than the Xperia Z5 trio alone. Sony is known for the extensive 2 day batter life on their smartphone, which is relatively been one of Sony’s mark on the smartphone industry. Sony has had good times with this feature and helped certain flagships to set themselves in the market, such as the Z-series and C-series. Truly more of a Sony mark, this particular feature of Sony has been praised and is a part of a lot of major battery tests in long term know gadget sites in the map, making this feature, a Sony-like feature.

A uniquely positioned fingerprint scanner

I don’t exactly know if this is something that has been done by other devices, but he unique positioning of the fingerprint scanner of the Z5 series, namely on the right side bar, is actually a pretty good idea. Handling-wise, when you think about it, the fingerprint sensor, which is rightfully positioned on the right side will be easier to access and thus, help the user to be more flexible upon using his or her Z5 device. A great idea, yet people necessarily notice, such a small and light breakthrough, though, without the shadow of a doubt, this actually deserves that credit we’re giving it.

A sturdy and battle ready design

The Xperia Z5’s sturdy, yet sophisticated design is somewhat a good thing, though this is more of a reminiscence of the original Z-series, it is still something that was heavily expanded upon in the Xperia Z5 generation. The IP 68 capability, combined with a very appealing and durable-looking design makes the Z5 generation, a generation of well armed soldiers of Sony, ready to rock the world and reel it, potential loyals. A good move overall, and something to really take note of.
