Christmas is barely around the corner now and probably some of you are starting up their christmas shopping and for the lazier ones, like myself, their christmas list. We figured, since you’ll be likely looking for great gifts to give this christmas, we listed a few smartphones that are at home. Cherry Mobile One G1

The Cherry Mobile One G1 is one of the most anticipated device from the well-known PH smartphone brand.  The 5-incher packs a decent punch in specs and has a decent built as a whole. The latter has pretty standard built in the camera department, though its pretty capable of delivering a decent performance overall. 2GB of RAM might be a downer to some, but honestly speaking, a 2GB RAM One G1 is actually worth the buy. It has 16GB of internal storage and microSD card expandability limit up to 32GB. So, if you’re looking to give someone a phone that can do the job and do it right, the One G1 might not be a bad choice.  The Cherry Mobile One G1 is available for Php 5,999 on any Cherry Mobile stores nationwide.

MyPhone my35 

The my35 is MyPhones answer to the 2016’s challenges as they bring on their my-series from outta nowhere. The my 35 is a pretty bold take and is probably one of the most performance-wise MyPhone devices to date. It holds a MediaTek MT 6753 in its pocket, with a Mali T720 GPU in charge on the Graphics department. It has a pretty good 3GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and is microSD card expandable up to 64GB (not to shabby, right?). The main attraction for the my35 lies within its 13MP rear shooter that is, take note, a Samsung sensor. What more can you ask for? The latter offers a more heftier price than the One G1, but you’ll be paying for performance, so all is well. The MyPhone my35 is priced at Php 6,888 and is available at any MyPhone stalls and stores nationwide.

Cherry Mobile Flare S4 Plus 

Cherry Mobile’s Flare series is one of the most trusted brand of local phones in the country. They are known to dish out pretty decent handsets and the Flare S4 Plus is no exception. The Flare S4 Plus is a 5.5-inch 1020p OGS IPS displayed handset, backed up by a Mediatek MT 6753 (The norms of some high-end Cherry Mobile handsets?). It carries 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. For shooters, it has a decent 16MP rear shooter and a standard 8MP selfie shooter. Price-wise, its a bit more hefty than both the my35 and One G1, but the Flare S4 Plus takes power to the next level though, truly a good phone to give this coming christmas eve. The Flare S4 Plus is priced at Php 7,999 and can be purchased through any Cherry Mobile store nationwide.

Cherry Mobile Flare X

One of the newer takes on the Flare series, the Flare X has gotten a few good loyals in the market already. It sports a 5.5-inch 720p display, with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with microSD support up to 64GB. the Flare X is a more budget take on the Flare S4 Plus and can dish out as much power as its brethren. It has a 13MP Sony IMX BSI rear sensor and 5MP selfie shooter. The Flare X is a lean, mean, performance machine and is priced at around Php 6K. Like any other Cherry Mobile handsets, you can purchase them at any CM store nationwide.

MyPhone my36

The my36 is MyPhone’s answer to the Cherry Mobile’s Flare X and is looking to primarily take on the new Flare head on. It carries a 5-inch 1080p FHD display and a MediaTek MT 6753 (quite the norm on local handsets). It carries 3GB of RAM, which beats the Flare X by 1GB, while ironically in shooters, the 13MP rear shooter of the my36 is powered by a Samsung sensor, with the Flare X carrying A Sony one (its Sony VS Samsung all over again) The my36 is priced at Php 6,999, which should be around the Flare X’s price and can be purchased at any MyPhone stores and stalls nationwide.
