Starting June 2017, the government of the Republic of the Philippines has issued the refund of terminal fees for OFW. So, if you’re an OFW, you can claim the PHP 550 terminal fee at the designated refund booth at NAIA.

First, Submit any printed copy of the following documents: Passenger Ticket, Itinerary Receipt, Official Receipt/Invoice. Proceed to the refund booth and present any of the following to the counter clerk.
Second, give a photocopy of the following: work permit, work visa, valid ID company, valid employment contract, recent payroll slip, or other equivalent document.
Third, present the boarding pass and the reciept. The clerk will then give you the PHP 550 terminal fee refund.
