We can say that this is the era where almost all smartphones are aiming for that almost bezel-less screen. When Apple introduced their innovative solution with iPhone X, it easily got controversial and popular that smartphone manufacturers quickly joined the bandwagon.

While some others expressed their dislike with the notch, some people liked this and looked at it as a futuristic display.
