Microsoft introduces the HoloLens Development Edition, which is to be available soon. The HoloLens is an augmented reality device that’ll in a way compete with the well-known Oculus Rift.
Microsoft announce on the October 6 event that the HoloLens Development Edition. Or the HoloLens that’ll be available for developing companies in different industries. This aims to provide these particular companies the uniqueness and utility-wise functions that the HoloLens can provide.
With this, developing companies like gaming companies or architectural companies will be able to immerse themselves heavily with the HoloLens and provide as much utility as it can to its users, enabling a maximize performance from each developer.
Microsoft HoloLens Development Edition
In the mentioned event, The HoloLens was also put into action with a augmented reality game, dubbed, “Project Xray”, which puts the user in a game wherein swarms of robots come in and attack the player with lasers, in which the player themselves can retaliate with their own arsenal. This provided us a few things to expect from the HoloLens, once applied to the industry of gaming, in which to us, delivered a very awe-like moment. The Hololens Development Edition is expected to be at $3000 or roughly Php 138,405 converted price.
The HoloLens Development Edition is expect to be launch on 2016. And hopefully by then. New features and usages of the HaloLens are to be introduce to the public, for aspiring HaloLens patrons to get their bucks worth.
