After launching the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus, Samsung is now gearing up to launch another flagship Note smartphone — the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. A listing has been found recently and the Galaxy Note 9, which carries the model number SM-N960U was also spotted.

According to some reports, the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will be earlier than planned. If the reports are true, it could be launched in July or early August. The report claims that the display production usually starts in June, thus putting the Galaxy Note 9 two months ahead of schedule.

The Galaxy Note 9 won’t be arriving with an in-display fingerprint sensor because it doesn’t match Samsung’s security standards. As per Geekbench listing, it will be powered by Snapdragon 845 coupled with 6GB of RAM and will be running Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out-of-the-box.

It is expected to feature an Infinity Display 2.0 with the same-sized 6.3-inch S-AMOLED screen with 18.5:9 aspect ratio and will be fueled by a 3,800mAh battery pack.
