Just a few months ago, Vivo announced the the Vivo Apex concept smartphone. It has received tons of hype after unveiling its full screen display and pop-up selfie camera. Now, the smartphone company finally confirmed the launch date of the said device, which will happen on June 12 in an event in Shanghai, China.
The Vivo Apex features a 5.99-inch OLED display with screen-to-body ratio of 91 percent. It will be powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC and will come with a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Similar to the Vivo X20 Plus UD, it will sport an under-display fingerprint sensor.
Going to the pop-op selfie camera, it is hidden at the top of smartphone when it’s not used. According to Vivo, it will only take 0.8 seconds for the selfie camera to pop-out. That’s what we got so far regarding its cameras, we’ll definitely give an update when we get the information.
As per the company, the mass production of this device will start on mid-2018.
