Since Apple launched the notched display of the iPhone X, Android smartphone manufacturers unveiled their own smartphones with the same notch design. Now, not everyone is a big fan of the front side design, so some companies looked for a way to get rid of it.

(Note: It was Essential that first revealed a phone with a notch hole)

To ditch the notch on these phones, just go to settings, then type notch in the search bar, then tick the hide notch option. Here are the smartphones with the notch display but comes with a hide notch feature:

Huawei P20 Lite

The Huawei P20 Lite sports a 5.84-inches HUAWEI FullView with the resolution of 2280 x 1080 FHD+. This smartphone also has the iPhone X-style notch trend but luckily for those who are not into the notch, provided an option to hide it. Huawei P20 Lite is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 659 that runs on Android 8.0 (Oreo) with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. It is packed with 3000mAh battery.

In the camera department, it comes with a dual rear camera of 16MP + 2MP sensors, and a 16MP f/2.0 front snapper.

Huawei P20 and  P20 Pro

The Huawei P20 features a 5.8″ FullView display with a resolution of 2240×1080 and a 16:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by the Hisilicon Kirin 970 and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo. It has 4GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage.

The P20 comes with an upgraded Leica Dual Camera with a 12MP RGB sensor with OIS, f/1.8 lens. The second snapper is a 20MP monochrome shooter behind f/1.6 lens. On top of that, it also features Huawei AIS, 4D predictive focus, and 5x Hybrid Zoom. The handset also features a 24MP front camera.

The Huawei P20 Pro, on the other hand, comes in a 6.1″ OLED FullView display with 1080 x 2244 resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio. Similar with the P20, it is powered by the Hisilicon Kirin 970 chipset and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo along with 128 GB ROM and 6GB of RAM.

The highlight of this model is its Leica Triple Camera. The device’s camera setup includes a 40MP RGB sensor with f/1.8 lens, a 20MP monochrome with f/1.6, and an 8MP telephoto lens with f/2.4. Its front camera is also similar to the P20 Pro featuring 24MP lens.

OnePlus 6

The OnePlus 6 sports a 6.28-inch Full Optic Full HD+ display with 2180 x 1080p resolution. It also has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. As mentioned, it comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa-core processor with Adreno 630.

This new OnePlus flagship smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with OxygenOS 5.1. It is fueled by a 3300mAh battery with Dash Charge. It has both Face Unlock and Fingerprint sensor. It is also water-resistant and comes with a USB Type-C port.
